Pre-TGE this tracks the ops trading wallet (simulation for the arena engine). At TGE it switches to the on-chain Vault balance.

TGE 前此數字為營運交易錢包的模擬追蹤（競技場引擎測試）；TGE 後改為鏈上金庫實際餘額。

Subscription phase: funds are withdrawable anytime directly from the contract — server status is irrelevant to your funds.
Post-TGE: positions are spot holdings; if we go down they simply stay put, and settlement resumes after recovery. Custody safety comes from contract structure (whitelisted actions only, no withdrawal backdoor).
Rule of thumb: 24h with no on-chain heartbeat = operations paused. Wait for the green dot before submitting new predictions.

Data source: /status.json (published by the settlement server) + on-chain root events. If both are unreachable, treat operations as paused.
